Working together for your children
The success of Rolls Crescent is dependent on strong relationships with parents. Many of our staff are parents themselves, and we understand that you want the best for your child.
It’s really important for us to work together with all parents and carers to make sure they are happy with the education we provide for their children, and to make sure we’re aware of any issues that might affect their child.
To keep parents and carers up to date with school news, our website and blogs are up to date and include the curriculum, our inspection reports and school policies, as well as news and lots of children’s work and opportunities for interacting with school. Regular newsletters and parent meetings are held, and the Year 6 pupils produce a monthly newsletter including news about what has been happening in school each month.
The relationship is two way. Parent support advisers are here to help parents having difficulties or who just need to share an issue. Our teaching staff are always available to talk to either before or after school, if you have an issue that you want to discuss then please call in at the office to arrange a time to talk.
If your enquiry is urgent or you wish to speak to someone directly please contact Rebecca Pickard in the school office on 0161 209 9930.
